Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DeepView AI (the "Service"), a tool that transforms live camera video with AI. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Credits and payment
- The Service is paid for with credits. Credits are used up by the minute while a live transformation session is running, at the rate shown for the model you use.
- Credit packages are described when you buy them, including any bonus credits and any expiry period. Expired credits cannot be used.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.
- If something went wrong with a payment or your credits, contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it.
3. Permission and consent
You may only transform and stream video of people who have agreed to it. That includes everyone who appears on your camera, not only you. You must have the right to use any reference image you upload, including the right to use the likeness of any person in it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- pretend to be another real person in order to deceive, defraud, harass or damage them or anyone else;
- create or stream unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or threatens others;
- break the rules of the platform you stream to, including any requirement to say that content is AI-generated or altered;
- attempt to bypass billing, limits or security, resell access, or interfere with the Service or other users.
You are responsible for the content you create and stream and for following the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
5. AI output
Output is produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. We do not guarantee any particular result, quality or latency. Review what you broadcast.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, such as AI providers, payment processors, sign-in providers and the streaming platforms you choose. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn, and features and prices may change, including during any beta period. We may update these terms; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or other people at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your content or from the platforms you stream to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
