DeepView AI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This explains what DeepView AI collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Your camera and images

During a live session your camera video is sent in real time to our AI provider to be transformed, and the result is returned to you. We do not record or keep your camera video. Reference images you upload are used to guide the transformation and are private to your account.

How we use it

To run the Service, take payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and send you account and billing emails (for example receipts and low-credit notices).

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the Service: the AI provider that transforms your video, payment processors, our email provider and, if you use it, Google for sign-in. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, if you choose "remember me", a longer sign-in cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open and as long as needed for billing, security and legal reasons. To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, email [email protected].

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to account data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. See also our Terms of Service.
